My journey began as a high school and college basketball coach, where I learned the value of leadership, teamwork, and the drive to win. These experiences laid the foundation for everything I’ve done since—whether in the classroom as a teacher, on the stage as a speaker, or in the boardroom as a business coach.

I took on the challenge of founding a church in a small town, and through dedication and visionary leadership, grew it to a thriving community of over 2,000 people. This experience taught me not only how to build something from the ground up but also how to inspire others to contribute to a greater vision. This same drive led me to coach pastors, guiding them to lead healthy and growing churches of their own.

My passion for helping others doesn’t stop there. I’ve launched several successful businesses and have had the privilege of helping countless entrepreneurs do the same.
